California Condor Identification Guide
After over a century long absence, the California condor is back in the Pacific Northwest! On May 3rd, 2022 the Yurok Tribe’s Condor Restoration Program, in conjunction with the U.S. Fish and Wildlife (USFWS) Service, released the first two juvenile condors (between the ages of 2-3) in Northern California. To help the public identify these incredible creatures as they return to the wild, Oregon Wild and I created an Identification Guide featuring the history, significance, and extraordinary physical features of the California Condor.
Divest Oregon's 2021 Report: Risky Business
In 2021, I worked with the team at Divest Oregon to build a report analyzing the Oregon State Treasury's risky investments of public money in fossil fuels. The lack of transparency and precarious management of billions of dollars in public money must be addressed and changed for the better for the sake of our environmental and financial future.
The Planetary Society: Children's Membership Program
Starting in 2021, I began working with The Planetary Society to build out their children's membership program. This is a dream project for me, incorporating everything from branding and layout design to science communications and illustration. I'm thrilled for the upcoming release of year one and can't wait for children around the United States to enjoy learning about space through our educational packages.
Oregon Wild's 2021 Annual Report
I had the opportunity to design the 2021 Annual Report for Oregon Wild, an incredible conservation organization working to protect ecosystems, wildlife, and natural resources across the state.
Branding and Design for Painted Fern Fiber Co.
I worked with Diana Hays, founder of Painted Fern Fiber Co., to create a custom identify for her hand-dyed fiber and knitwear business. We crafted a look and feel inspired by silvery painted ferns and Diana's favorite color palette, combining textile imagery with the natural form of these beautiful plants.
Branding for Hoover Learning Group
In 2018, I created the logo and branding design for Hoover Learning Group. This included developing mood boards, building icons and brand marks, and of course, finding the signature look they still use today.
Branding and Design for Gamezies
I worked with the team at Gamezies to create the first logo for their new venture: plush mascots created with ultimate fans and ultimate safety in mind.
